Pokémon Home Gets Major Updates Which Includes New Battle Data Features and Trading Abilities

With the new Pokémon Shield and Pokémon Sword expansion coming out very soon, the Pokémon Home platform where players can store all their data on the cloud, they have developed some new updates to the platform so players can enjoy the Pokémon gaming experience in bigger scale than it is now. To explain more about what Pokémon Home is; Pokémon Home is a mobile device cloud service app that connects to a plethora of the Pokémon franchise like 3DS Pokémon games, Pokémon Bank, Pokémon Go, and many other games. Now they are adding their brand new Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield for the Nintendo Switch which will be Pokémon Home’s first major DLC post-launch.

With the new Pokémon Home update, they added on new Battle Data feature. On the website they stated that “In the mobile app of Pokémon Home, you can check out how Ranked Battles and various Online Competitions in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield are going, as well as the rankings of the Pokémon being used in them. By going to Battle Data, you’ll be able to see the battle records of each Trainer as well as information about what moves are popular among the Pokémon in the competitions.”

Another thing that they have recently added to the Pokémon Home mobile device is the trading feature on the Pokémon games where players can trade all different types of Pokémon anytime and anywhere. They stated, “Pokémon placed in the Wonder Box can be traded with people around the world before you even know it! The Pokémon placed in the Wonder Box will be traded even when you’re not using Pokémon Home. You’ll be able to increase the number of Pokémon you can trade at once by enrolling in a Premium Plan (paid).”

With the new updates and features coming to the Pokémon world, Pokémon Home creates a space for all their fans to enjoy every game and keep all their Pokémon items stored in one well-functioned platform.
