PlayStation Has Revealed Sneak Peek to the Upcoming PS5 Game Project Eve

PlayStation has just revealed a closer look into the RPG adventure PlayStation 5 game, Project Eve, which is currently undergoing development by Shift Up. First announced two years ago in 2019, Project Eve takes place on a futuristic Earth that has been abandoned by humans after an alien invasion. The invaders, also known as the NA:tives, take on multiple forms from two legged horned lizard demons to huge creeping spiders with teeth. The player becomes Eve, a paratrooper who has been sent out to Earth from the colony in order to fight these terrifyingly beautiful monsters, while traveling through the forgotten wreckage of a lost civilization.

This game has a lot to offer from crumbling, underground tunnels to vast stretches of open space, which are all elegantly crafted using state-of-the-art graphics. Players can navigate the unusual terrain by jumping across openings, sliding down roofs, and swinging on ropes. It seems there will be treasures hidden throughout the world as well as some sort of exciting secret to unlock at the end of the game.

During battle, players are able to directly attack enemies using offensive, defensive, and evasion techniques that must be perfectly timed to avoid enemy damage. In order to become more powerful than the apocalyptic monsters, Eve is able to gain multiple combo skills as she progresses. She is also customizable through unlockables scattered throughout the game.

PlayStation is promising next level graphics in Project Eve that take advantage of the PlayStation 5’s advanced technology. The DualSensor wireless control allows players to feel the power of each different weapon, through perfectly timed haptic feedback, as it slashes through the flesh and bone of evil creatures. PlayStation has announced that they will begin to reveal new weapons that utilize this technology in the future once the game begins to approach its launch, of which the exact date is yet to be announced. Those who are biting their nails waiting for the release date are sure to be satisfied, however, as the company has stated they are taking their time to make the best game possible for players to enjoy.
