Mafia 3 set for release on October 7, 2016. Previously unknown was the minimum requirements need to play the game on PC. We now know thanks to developer 2K.
Here is a brief synopsis.
For Nvidia cards, they recommend a GTX 780 or GTX 1060, while the recommended AMD GPU is a Radeon R9 290X. With more powerful (and expensive) graphics cards already out there, it’s surely a relief to some that they won’t have to spend the extra money to upgrade their PC for Mafia III.
2K revealed the specs in the form of an old school magazine ad.

Mafia 3 is set for release on October 7 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. 2K recently released its plans for post launch DLCs, which includes both free content and paid content. The free DLC will be new weapons as well as outfits for Mafia 3 protagonist Lincoln Clay, while the paid content are all about ritual killings and Vietnam, which makes sense as Mafia 3 is a crime-mob game.
