Warning! Indie developer Loren Lemcke and publisher Mastertronic need your help, Over 9000 Zombies! have broken out and have made there way to PC via Steam Early Access today. Bring your friends and loved ones, the zombies have come and you need all the help! Players will be able to get 25% discount on the game until July 9th.
The zombie outbreak has arrived and you are given instructions to take caution, as you go and take down a zombie contingency plan to prepare for the chaos to come from it. The AI enemies that you face, are launching themselves into hordes that are powered by Zombie Swarm Intelligence. Take your pick of survival tools between a massive array of weapons, come fortify your base with automated turrets, and prepare to blast the hordes while trying to survive the longest as possible.
Now, it’s time for you to call for your friends and loved ones to join in, with the cooperative multiplayer that allows them join in your horde killing top-down shooter missions against these zombies. Fight against these zombies with music from Clearside Music, that will make your zombie horde killing battles even more epic and intense. How many day will you be able to last?
A public emergency broadcast from the zombie hit squad, has been released in order to give players survival tips and advice, which you can see below:
Loren Lemcke, Head Sniper, cautioned: “Zombies are capable of uniting en masse to achieve a single goal: the consumption of brains. Their selfish desire for human flesh is what unites them. This level of solidarity is something the human race has yet to achieve. If humanity wishes to survive, we must unite and pacify the zombie horde together.”
Stuart Morton, Producer, Mastertronic squadron, warned: “It’s easy to lose your head when faced with a moving corpse. But above all you must remain calm and choose your weapons carefully as that will be your only defence. Individually, zombies are slow, senseless and relatively easy to kill. Laughable even, with their mindless drive and ungainly movements. But collectively, zombies are a relentless force and you will need help. Ignore this and you’ll die.”
