Oculus has introduced a tidbit of information about one of their upcoming titles Defector, in light of the two year anniversary of Rift’s commercial launch. They also announced that the new title will be funded by Oculus and that the developer behind it will be Twisted Pixel, the studio that created Wilson’s Heart. Within an official blog post the company stated the following:
We’re inspired by the VR community’s passion and look forward to even more milestones to come. As our Rift Anniversary celebration continues, keep an eye out at PAX East for the reveal of a new Oculus Studios title—you won’t want to miss the first look at this original concept from Twisted Pixel Games!
VP of Content for Oculus Jason Rubin also announced on Twitter that they should stay tuned to PAX East for more Oculus Rift games.

During a session at GDC 2018 Rubin stated that from now on Oculus would be doing fewer Oculus funded titles, but did add that the titles they do fund will be “bigger and better” than any previous titles that were funded by the company.
So this gives reason to suspect that this might be a much larger scaled title than fans would usually anticipate. PAX East will take place April, 5th through the 8th in Boston, MA so eager players only have a little less than a week to wait for more details.
