New Trailer Released For Pokémon Sun and Moon

More information has been released for the seventh generation of Pokémon games, Pokémon Sun and Moon.

Rattata has joined the likes of Exeggutor, Sandshrew, Sandslash, Vulpix, Ninetails, Marowak, Meowth and Raichu by receiving an Alola form. Alola Raichu has its own signature Z move, Snorlax wakes up and his own signature Z move and players who preordered the game will receive their own Munchlax. Players are to evolve that Munchlax and have it hold the Snorlium Z to access Snorlax’s Signature Z move.

Alonan Rattata switches from pure normal to dark/normal. While this does add Same Type Attack Bonus (STAB) to its plethora of Dark type moves like Bite, Crunch and others in addition to its STAB from normal types it had already had, it makes Alolan Rattata 4 times weak to fighting, so switch out Alolan Rattata for a flying type Pokémon like Pikipek or Psychic type like Alolan Raichu. Alolan Rattata is also now weak to Fairy and Bug types, strong against Psychic and Ghost types, and gains an immunity to Psychic type moves. While likely, it has not been confirmed that the evolved form of Rattata, Raticate will also be Dark/Normal.

Alolan Raichu’s new signature Z move is Stoked Sparksurfer. In the trailer the trainer is shown pointing toward Alolan Raichu’s target. Alolan Raichu then rockets toward its target, makes contact then races away. Since Alolan Raichu surfs on its tail, it makes sense that it can use its tail to race away from the Pokémon it’s fighting after it makes contact.

After your Munchlax evolves into Snorlax, have it hold the Snorlium Z to have access to Snorlax’s signature Z move Pulverizing Pancake. The video has Snorlax’s eyes turning a dark, fiery red before waking up, sprinting towards its target then doing a minijump before jumping high into the air and landing right on top of its target.

Pokémon Sun and Moon will be released November 18 for 3DS and 2DS.

I'm a big Pokémon fan, so I'l spend a lot of my time playing that. Other than that, I love sports, particularly the Charlotte Hornets and the Carolina Panthers. No matter how bad the team is, I will always rep them.
