Crimson Desert is a new game by South Korea developer Pearl Abyss, who also developed the Black Desert games. The game was officially announced last year with a cinematic trailer. At The Game Awards 2020, the first look at gameplay was revealed.
Crimson Desert takes place in the unforgiving lands of Pywel where players will experience the untold tale of mercenaries struggling to survive. The game will bring a single-player experience within an MMO world. As the gameplay trailer showcases, Crimson Desert will feature a variety of different locations as players take on a variety of different enemies including animals like bears and wolves as well as other creatures.
Crimson Desert launches in Winter 2021.
