With Jump Festa in full swing, plenty of big name anime have come to gaming like with My Hero Academia and Black Clover now having playable representation in Jump Force. The biggest name in anime however, got a little bit more love, with Super Dragon Ball Heroes World Mission receiving another gameplay trailer. With a new look at the gameplay and cutscenes, it’s evident that this will be the biggest entry in the Dragon Ball Heroes franchise yet.
With about 350 characters, this roster is far larger than any other Dragon Ball game. It isn’t such a reach to say that such a large roster would also lead to an equally large move pool. If you don’t know about Dragon Ball Heroes, you might be interested in some of the exclusive transformations and characters. With Super Saiyan 3 Raditz, Super Saiyan 4 Bardock, and some more odd original villains, most people agree that the Dragon Ball Heroes series thrives on “What If” scenarios. As Super Dragon Ball Heroes World Mission has a new original villain, it’ll be exciting to see how he compares to other villains in the series.
While the Dragon Ball Heroes series hasn’t come to the west yet, there is evidence that this game might be coming soon as some classification boards have already rated the latest title. This is similar to Dragon Ball Fusions, which came to the states a few months after it released in Japan. The only real difference is that Bandai Namco has already been testing the waters by bringing Dragon Ball Heroes to a larger audience. Earlier this year, during the Dragon Ball North America Tour, Super Dragon Ball Heroes was brought to San Diego Comic-Con to test the market.
Super Dragon Ball Heroes World Mission will release on April 4, 2019 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
