Buckle up, check your mirrors and get ready to push down on that gas as Need for Speed is making its way back to the streets. The upcoming reboot, which previously announced by Electronic Arts, has begun taking sign ups for a closed beta in anticipation of the game’s launch in November.
The registration for the beta closes on Sept. 25 and it will not be offered on Windows PC – XBOX One and Playstation 4 players will be the only ones allowed to take part in this beta. The beta will be available in the United States, Canada, Japan and Europe. A EA/Origin account will be needed to access the beta. The account must be linked to a Playstation or XBOX account.
Need for Speed is being developed by Ghost Games’s UK Studio, and according to EA’s E3 2015 announcement, will launch on Nov. 3.
