Just a few hours ago, miHoYo and HoYoverse revealed the newest update for their game Gensin Impact through a livestream as well as a few trailers. Version 5.4 Moonlight Amidst Dreams will be releasing on February 12th according to GameRant, but due to the differing time zones, the new update will be releasing on February 11th for players in the United States. According to OneEsports, the new additions will be releasing in phases- phase one will run from February 12th through March 5th, and phase two will run through March 5h to March 26th.

This latest version will be bringing brand new weapons, banners, events, as well as some brand new characters like Sigewinne and Mizuki, who will be included in phase one. Phase two will be headlined by Furina and Wriothesley. The primary main character that the trailer introduced to players is a five-star character Yumemizuki Mizuki, who will feature in the Dawn’s Drifting Reverie Banner. In the 5.5 update, she will be added to the standard ‘Wanderlust Invocation’ Banner according to EuroGamer.

Yumemizuki Mizuki is a clinical psychologist and shareholder of the Aisa Bathhouse. She uses Anemo powers and she wields a lot of skills for support and defense. Some of these skills include her Elemental Burst, which summons a Mini Baku, which produces “Yumemi Style Special Snacks.” These snacks will either heal other teammates who are low on health, or explode to deal a lot of damage when picked up by healthier allies. All of this is according to NoisyPixel.

There will be a lot of new events coming to the game that were teased in the other trailer from the creators of the game. Some of the new events that are to come are Mizuki’s Story Quest, the Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival, Traveler’s Tales: Anthology Chapter, Realm of Tempered Valor, Invasive Fish Wrangler,and Reel Ad-Venture.
