Many games these days have been trying all kinds of new features and all kinds of extended content to keep you interested long past the initial game. Many games that are good at doing this are ones with multiplayer features or ones where the main or even entire focus is based on online play. Games are simply no longer just play through adventure mode and the only other option being extended achievements and a few extras. However the downside of this is that many of these features are DLC expansions or what most people would consider worse Micro Transactions.
Gamespot has confirmed that Activision will be adding microtransactions to your Call of Duty game. What will be included first cosmetic changes will be part of these microtransactions so you can pay to feel like your a unique individual in the game. You will also get a set of taunts that you can buy for your character. You will also be able to buy new gear from knuckles, the butterfly knife and more says Gamespot. Extras in zombie mode also include extra slots packs that are purchasable. Fortunately nothing in this will be play to win scenario where you have better weapons or gear by spending money.
You will buy things called points which all these items, taunts, etc can be bought with. The points range from 200 points to 5,000. So for those of you who want these cool cosmetic and unique extras These items will not be available on PS3 or Xbox 360 version of the game!
