In a recent game showcase Marvelous Games, a Japanese video game developer and publisher, unveiled an upcoming title named Project Magia. This new project will be in collaboration with the well known manga writer and artist Hiro Mashima, creator of the popular Shōnen Jump series Fairy Tail and EDENS ZERO. Mashima will be the lead designer behind Project Magia’s characters. Those that are curious can check out Project Magia’s brief announcement below, starting at 9:43.
XSEED Games, Marvelous’ western subsidiary, gave a short summary on what players can expect in its recent press release.
“Managing producer Takehiro Ishida revealed the first details of this upcoming project, built around the theme of “A New Frontier,” said XSEED. “The development team has partnered with legendary illustrator and writer Hiro Mashima (Fairy Tail) to design the game’s characters, sharing a look at a few of the early designs. More details will be revealed at a later date as the development team works to brave this new frontier for Marvelous!”
