Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite just released a few days ago and to further stir up the excitement for the game, fans have already received a look at one of the games upcoming DLC characters. The day before the official release Capcom announced the complete roster for the game’s DLC characters that will be coming out later this year. There has also been a new trailer released to give us our first look at Monster Hunter, one of the few downloadable characters coming to the game within the coming months.
Monster Hunter will share many similarities along with the other characters from her franchise whom she shares the same name as. She will sport armor and weapons made from the enemies that she has defeated and, will also have many weapons with similar classes as the game that she hails from. Her main attack is almost a copy of a classic strike from players who have equipped the Great Sword, Dual Blade, and Bow.
What stands out most about her is that she is able to use these classes at a moments notice. She can deal heavy slow blows, or clusters of fast quick strikes which leads way for diverse combat and many options for players to use her. Players who have or will purchase the 2017 Character Pass for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite will receive access to Monster Hunter and all other confirmed downloadable characters for the game. However, there are currently no known launch dates or individual pricing for characters.
