Back in September last year, an update to Riot Games’ privacy policy for its hit MOBA League of Legends revealed the gaming supergiant’s new offices in Tokyo, Japan. A month later, Riot confirmed the arrival of League’s Japanese servers in 2016, as well as teased some of the all-star cast that will be voicing the Japanese version of the game.
As of today, all of the Japanese voice lines have been revealed thanks to a YouTube channel dubbed LeagueVoices. The audio files were ripped from data for League‘s Japanese Public Beta Environment (PBE) servers, which act as test servers for upcoming content.
The Japanese cast features voice actors and actresses from popular anime series like Gintama, One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Fate/Zero. Of special note is Masako Nozawa, who is known for voicing Son Goku in the Dragonball series and now voices Wukong in League. Both characters are based on the legendary Son Wukong, the protagonist of the Chinese mythical epic Journey to the West.
Most of the voice actors and actresses have not yet been confirmed, but the voice rips have League fans scrambling to identify their favorite seiyuu among the bunch.
You can check out all of the voices here. How many do you recognize?

In official news, Riot revealed a teaser trailer yesterday for League‘s enigmatic upcoming champion, who has yet to be named.
Little else is known about this mysterious newcomer. More details will likely be revealed in the coming weeks.
