The next tactical third-person shooter known as the successor to Wildlands will be released very soon. Players will get to traverse a whole new region and learn how to survive using a more realistic combat experience in Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. Recently, Breakpoint had a closed beta that had interested fans jump through a variety of loopholes to participate but on September 26th an open beta will be available for anyone who wants to check out the new title on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
In Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, running through the world with your squad will feel a lot like Wildlands but it becomes quickly apparent the new tools that are needed to keep your squad alive. Damage can now inflict injuries that can be caused by both a bullet shot to tumbling down a steep hill. These injuries can cause afflictions like limping or only being able to use your secondary weapon if not treated with the proper medical supplies. Players can pick classes in Breakpoint to better suit their playstyle and keep their teammates supported in a variety of ways. All of these things cause a more sense of realism when taking on the world of Breakpoint. Luckily, players will get to test out the action for themselves first hand September 26th.
Anyone who is interested in playing Breakpoint will be able to on any of the provided systems. The beta can be downloaded as early as September 24th giving those eager to get less download time and more playing time on September 26th. The Open Beta will feature a new PVP elimination mode that was not present during the closed beta, as well as two more campaign areas. In total, this means you will get to see six of the campaign’s open-world regions, five missions from the main storyline and three side missions.
It’s only a week away from the start date giving players plenty of time to find some friends and let them in on the latest news about the beta to start building up a squad. Just like Lil, Wayne and his friends featured below! Predownlaods will be available on September 24th for quick access to the open beta on September 26th.
