Jenny LeClue: Detectivu Is Expected To Launch By The End Of 2019

Mografi prepares for the upcoming launch for its mystery-horror game, Jenny LeClue: Detectivu. The project began on Kickstarter, completing its successful campaign back in 2015. The funds helped towards creating the first episode for the game. Now, about three years later, the project is finally nearing its completion and expected to include two additional console releases.

The story follows the adventures of a young detective named Jenny LeClue. Right when she thought nothing ever happens in the little town of Arthurton, Breaking News: Dean Strausberry, head of Gumboldt University has been found dead! And the sole witness and top suspect is her mom, Julie LeClue. It is up to the player to aid Jenny in her secret investigation to discover the truth and clear her family’s name. Embark on missions, find clues, solve puzzles, and uncover the dark secrets of this not so boring town. What happened that night? Who can you trust? And why is the lake glowing at night?

The game is not only the story of Jenny and her case though. It’s also about an Arthur K Finklestein, the narrator for the game. Throughout the story, the player’s choices can help influence how Jenny’s story is written, as well as having an effect on Finklestein’s own story. Players of all ages can enjoy this coming-of-age narrative filled with complex characters, meta-narration, and topics dealing with family and identity. This is a game that will award you for being explorative and extra observant. Interact with everything. During dialogue scenes with characters, pay close attention to your suspects. Jenny has the ability to move the camera around in order to observe characters for any suspicious signs. Do they know something? Are they hiding evidence? Your curiosity may lead you toward additional rewards. Plus you’ll get to experience all the beautiful animation and artwork the game has to offer.
