Fans of silly goose mayhem may want to keep an eye out for An Eggstremely Hard Game, a co-op platformer where players are two goose parents trying to transport their egg safely home. The game can be played with up to 2-4 players, increasing the chances of chaos and fun!
Together players need to navigate various paths and terrains, ranging from taking the egg across a log or trekking through slippery mud paths. The game also features unpredictable physics and obstacles players need to navigate around. It is a game of clumsy adventure and teamwork.
One key mechanic has to deal with each crack the egg receives. Each one increases the challenge, controlling the egg becomes harder as it becomes closer to breaking. The fractures will make the egg wobblier and bouncier, dialing up its unpredictability. Players will want to handle the egg carefully or risk it splattering for good.
When the egg falls out of the nest, players are given the chance to reclaim it. Though this is also its own challenge as sometimes players may need to catch the falling egg with the nest, making sure they’re in the right spot.
Some of the mechanics include being able to lift and toss you partner. If players are feeling extra mischievous, they can sabotage their own partners. The players will also be able to honk, a must have feature in a game where they are geese.
Back in October 2025, the developers BBear Studio posted an announcement trailer for the game, showcasing the treacherous paths players must cross. Players will have to be wary of rocks, trash cans, and even fences as they transport their egg.
An Eggstremely Hard Game is releasing for PC on July 24th and will be available for purchase on Steam. Currently, there is a demo for players to download on Steam and put their web-footed skills to the test.
