At the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase today, the latest trailer for Hollow Knight: Silksong was revealed! Five years after the release of the first Hollow Knight game and three years after an announced sequel, fans finally get another peek at the new game from Team Cherry!
Play as Hornet, the sister of The Knight and a minor antagonist in the first game. This princess-protector of Hallownest has been swept away from her kingdom and brought into an unfamiliar world. Just like in the first game, the player must battle insectoid enemies while dodging obstacles along the way. Based on review from IGN, the game is similar to its predecessor but with the speed “cranked up to 11.”
At this point, no release date for Hollow Knight: Silksong has been announced, but it will be coming to Xbox Game Pass on day one.
