Henrique Olifiers from Bossa Studios Announces New Game Worlds Adrift

A new project is in the works from Bossa Studios and Improbable team, known for Surgeon Simulator and I Am Bread, entitled Worlds Adrift. It’s a physic based multiplayer game that Henrique Olifiers gamer-in-chief states “does some things that other games have never done before.”

There isn’t a lot of information provided by Olifiers as he stated, “everything is very rough around the edges.” But what information can be gathered about the game comes from its trailer. You can see characters swinging from ledges with grappling hooks and formatting parts to build an airship. Also it appears players will be able to work in teams, you can view the trailer below.

While the graphics aren’t overly appealing and the trailer didn’t give away much to the basis of the story line, the overall title seems enticing. One detail, from the game, that stood out to me was how smoothly the characters were able to move among the map and beautiful color palettes that made up the scenery.

Though there is not very much to go on, Olifiers encourages fans of Surgeon Simulator and I Am Bread, to visit their website to tell them what they think and if the studios should even invest time in the project.

“As a player, you know better than anyone what’s fun and what’s not. We’re opening up the development of ‘Worlds Adrift’ so we can go on this journey together, and so you can help us craft the game we would all love to play.”

From there her love of gaming only grew moving on to more advanced consoles such as the Sega Dreamcast, PlayStation, PC, and later on Xbox. These days you can catch Daniela battling guardians in the crucible or enemies plaguing the world of Destiny on PS4.
