GTA 5 Online to Receive Bikers Update Soon

Yesterday, Rockstar made an announcement that GTA 5 will be receiving a Biker update, adding new online content to the already massive online experience. The update will add new bikes as well as underground motorcycle clubs.

The next big addition to GTA Online, brings the eagerly-anticipated ability to form and lead your very own Motorcycle Club for up to 8 players. Bikers will introduce new roles to play from fresh Prospects to club Presidents with a massive slate of new competitive and co-op gameplay, along with a range of new motorcycles, properties that include MC Clubhouses with a special custom Biker mechanic, and venues for seedy business ventures.

Along with the new game modes, MC clubhouses, and motorcycles, the update will also be adding new weapons, styles, tattoos and other features. Players will also be allowed to equip melee weapons on motorcycles, wreaking havoc on unsuspecting players and NPC’s.

Players will also have access to a new Biker mechanic, much like the previously installed “Benny’s garage”, which came in a previous update. So far there has been no information as to what type of upgrades will be available to players from the new mechanic.

Rockstar has been producing new content and upgrades for the game repeatedly and continues to keep the game fresh and interesting. Their last free update Cunning Stunts was a huge success, Bikers could potentially see the same community feedback as well.

The update will arrive to Playstation 4, PC  and Xbox One on October 4th.
