Google Stadia launches tomorrow, November 19th. The company recently revealed a list of 12 games that will be available on launch, however, that list has officially been updated to 22 games. Google Vice President Phil Harrison made the announcement that the company will be increasing the list of games available on launch on Twitter yesterday.
Some of these additional ten games were planned to be released by the end of 2019, but have been pushed forward to the launch date. The list of games includes: Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle, Farming Simulator 2019, Final Fantasy XV, Football Manager 2020, Grid 2019, Metro Exodus, NBA 2K20, Rage 2, Trials Rising, and Wolfenstein: Youngblood. Borderlands 3, Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2, and Darksiders Genesis will also be released by the end of 2019.
Google Stadia has two editions available for purchase, the Founder’s Edition, and the Premiere Edition. The Founder’s Edition comes with an exclusive Night Blue controller, a Buddy Pass, which allows people who bought the Founder’s edition to share Stadia Pro with a friend for three months, and exclusive Stadia usernames. The Premiere Edition comes with a Clearly White controller, a Chromecast Ultra, and a three-month Stadia Pro Subscription. Both of these editions will set gamers back $129. Stadia Pro is the subscription-based service that will players to enjoy their games with 4k resolution, 60 fps, 5.1 surround sound, and a plethora of other features that will cost players $9.99 per month. Stadia releases tomorrow with a line-up of 22 games available for play. However, a free version of the service will be available sometime next year.
