Bioware’s upcoming RPG and the first installment in the formerly popular Dragon Age IP in over a decade, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, is set to come out by the end of this month on October 31st 2024 for the Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S, as well as PC. That last platform is particularly important for this article, as it appears that Dragon Age: The Veilguard is going to be packaged with NVIDIA’s latest GeForce NOW bundle.
Fight for Thedas’ future at Ultimate quality this fall as new and existing members who purchase six months of GeForce NOW Ultimate can get BioWare and Electronic Arts’ epic RPG Dragon Age: The Veilguard for free when it releases on Oct. 31.
This deal is available for a limited time until October 30th. Now, obviously, when they say “free” it doesn’t really mean free. You’re buying 6 months of GeForce NOW Ultimate for $99.99 and Dragon Age: The Veilguard is packaged with it. That is quite a deal, but whether that deal is worth the purchase price is entirely up to you.
This is definitely a great way to promote Dragon Age: The Veilguard, which is a game that has shown some relatively impressive views (even if many disagree with the artstyle said views are presented in) that can be demanding for some PCs, so for anyone looking for a deal on graphics cards that also happen to be interested in Dragon Age, or maybe they’re looking for a deal on graphics cards because of Dragon Age, this is a shoe-in for them.
For everyone else, and console players obviously, this doesn’t apply. But this is a deal that many games tend to go through with, including the astoundingly popular Black Myth: Wukong that released earlier in the year, so it’s no surprise that Bioware would go for a similar deal to cast as wide a net as possible.
