Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 brings us Snoop Dog as a new character, in HITMAN World of Assassination in a new Elusive Target Trailer for the well loved game. The trailer brings this to viewers in the most fun way possible: an ad about weed. The ad has Snoop or Mr Cyrus Kain, as he’s known in the game, cheer up a man who’s down on his luck, due to the fact that he’s stuck in the rain, his lighter doesn’t work and he just got fired. Cyrus appears and gives him a “Morsizzle” which looks like a sprinkle donut cookie hybrid, but from it’s name, people can guess what it is. The Morsizzle transports the man to a beach where the Morsizzles brand itself is shown revealing it’s, to no one’s surprise, “ORGANIC LBC.” As the filming ends, Cyrus spits the product out and walks away, as he does so, the camera man is revealed to be, “Agent 47.”
Cyrus Kain throws a party at his house with various stars, of course, Agent 47 follows along, and takes out Cyrus’s bodyguards using coconuts, sneak attacks and guns while Cyrus smokes. The trailer continues showing agent 47, taking out more people as Cyrus dances, then Agent 47, in his black suit and glasses appears in the smoke coming towards Cyrus. Cyrus shows him two Morsizzles in both his hands and smiles. The trailer ends noting that “the mission” as it’s called in the game’s Steam News update, against Cyrus “The Herbalist” will be available to “PLAY FOR FREE” from “AUGUST 27- SEPTEMBER 26, 2026” as well as the various platforms the game is on, such as PS5, PS4, PlayStation VR2, Xbox, Steam, Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
