Game Awards 2023: Abubakar Salim Introduces Trailer To Tales Of Kenzera: Zau

At the Game Award 2023, the actor Abubakar Salim who is known for Raised By Wolves and voices Bayek in Assassin’s Creed: Origins introduced the trailer for the new game called Tales Of Kenzera: Zau.  In his speech, this is a little of what he said about the game and his dad:

4 years ago, I decided That I needed to try and process my grief in a way that felt true to me and him. So I took the biggest risk of my life and threw everything that I had at making a game, a piece of art that honored him. An ode to the people that we have loved and lost. So the reason I am here tonight is because with the love and support of a lot of people , here I am gonna take another big risk and I am gonna show you what we’ve been building.

The Trailer starts with the voice saying “Every story begins at the end of another”.  Tales Of Kenzera: Zau is a single-player indie Action-adventure game where you the player go on an adventure as zou through the “lands of Kenzera”. The game Tales Of Kenzera: Zau will arrive on April 23rd of next year and the game can be pre-ordered after the show.
