Fortnite x Dragon Ball Super is now here and ready to play. There are four characters that were added from Dragon Ball Super to the game which were Son Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, and Beerus.
There are now power levels that will grow when players play quests in the game, once these quests are complete the player will have access to the limited-time rewards. There are seven different quests that will test strength, agility, focus, etc. The Dragon Ball quests will be available until August 30.
There is now Versus in which players can play against another. This can be done when, “interacting with a Board on the Island, and when your opponent is chosen, you each will be revealed on the other’s map. You’ll then have just five minutes to defeat your opponent and claim victory!”. The versus boards have taken the place of the Bounty boards temporarily in the game.
Players can now get Kamehameha and the Nimbus cloud (Kintoun) which are known to be some of Son Goku’s powers. These powers will not be in the arena or tournament with the only exception being the tournament of power. As stated in Fortnite x Dragon Ball news,
pick up the Kamehameha and launch a devastating energy beam at anyone who crosses your path, or call on the Nimbus Cloud (Kintoun) to take flight around the Island. More capsules will appear as the Storm closes, so watch out for epic showdowns and tests of your power!
Visit Kame’s house on a small island where Bulma will give players powerful items in exchange for bars. Players can also just wander around the island if they are not ready to give away their bars.
