Firestoke Games Releases Announcement Trailer for Upcoming Title Bish Bash Bots

Earlier today, developer Firestoke Games, along with publisher Catastrophic_Overload, dropped the announcement trailer for their upcoming game Bish Bash Bots. This game will be a mixture of tower defense gameplay, as well as brawling action by the characters themselves. At the moment there is no official release date set for the game, however the trailer announced that Bish Bash Bots is set to come out sometime in 2023, to both PC and console.

According to Steam, the story for Bish Bash Bots goes as follows:

In a cartoony take on the distant future, robots have become an integral part of everyday life. But everything changes when the bots, seemingly for no reason, malfunction, revolt against their makers, and start stealing all of the world’s technology.

Amongst the chaos, a rag-tag team of unlikely heroes step up to save humanity. Armed with their respective skills, our heroes have set out on a grand adventure to reset the robots and save the world.

In order to do this, players can either play by themselves, couch co-op or online to defeat the robots. Each player seems to have access to a hero that they can use in tandem with their towers to stop oncoming waves of enemies. These heroes have the ability to interact with enemies dynamically, pushing, shoving and bashing turrets out of their original line-up. Along with this unique aspect added to the tower-defense formula, there will still be the staple upgradable turrets and new gadgets to unlock.

Although there is no set date for release yet, the release date for the game is set for 2023. The game will be released on Steam, as well as the Switch, Xbox and PlayStation consoles according to the Bish Bash Bots website. Seeing as this is only the announcement trailer, there is sure to be more information to come in the upcoming months until the release of Bish Bash Bots later this year.
