Fire Emblem: Three Houses Gets Unnoffical Game Boy Advanced Makeover

As depicted in this exciting video, the Fire Emblem prologue got a reimagined in the style of a Game Boy Advanced title. Fans were excited by the impressive display, but that excitement turned into more at the news that the demo has now been evolved into a fully programmed demake project. However, because Fire Emblem is such a huge multi-route game, the team has decided to just stay with the Blue Lions route, as said in the Youtube Comments.

“That prologue video on YouTube was supposed to stay a one-shot”,

said a sprite version of Byleth in the development team’s Christmas update message.

“It’s honestly amazing that so many people are willing to help out and are interested in seeing something like this come to fruition.”

In their latest video, the Fire Emblem: Three Houses Demake development team showed off their recent progress with the main theme, along with some more gameplay footage. Other videos show more improvements, along with mock battle. For those in full support of this demake, here is this Youtube Channel that gets regularly updated with the game’s process. By the looks and progress of the videos, it is easy to say that the game is half (if not more than halfway) finished. It is also said that the developers do not plan to release their work until it is fully finished.

To stay more updated with the game (along with getting access to more early looks at the artwork), the development team has provided a Discord for fans to check regularly.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses will also have an official DLC titled “Cindered Shadows”, which tells the story of band of outcasts who consider themselves the fourth house. This official DLC will be available for download on February 13th and will allow players to interact and recruit the four Ashen Wolves (the aforementioned unofficial house) in part 1 of the main game. Cindered Shadows is currently priced at $25 or €25.
