Farming Camp, a game designed by Innerfire Studios is currently available for people to play via a demo. On April 30th, to go with its demo drop, Innerfire Studios uploaded a Demo Trailer to SOEDESCO, the game publisher’s YouTube channel, to show off some game features.
Farming Camp’s Demo Trailer shows protagonist Alessandra and her interactions with the rest of the game’s cast. There’s a vast range of characters in the game Mike, Jefferson, Anny, Arthur, Rainmaker, Rey, Greg and other unrevealed npc’s. Each of them have dialogue lines and personalities, including Alessandra. Mike’s voice lines seem sarcastic, Arthur‘s hints of an undisclosed plot line that was “It was worse than I ever imagined…”, Jefferson fights with an unrevealed npc e.t.c. There are also more character disagreements like Anny calling a headphone npc “a liar,” Rainmaker and Mike fighting over Mike’s dog, and Rey calling Mike a “worm.”
Through all this, places like a cafeteria, forest gathering spots, a farm with a silo and other farming materials are showcased. There are blue and red buildings that might be dorms, farming plots, cut scene locations, dorm rooms with multiple beds, libraries and more. The plot lines hint at multiple possibilities like Alessandra, thinking that she shouldn’t “sabotage other people’s fields,” and “macho men” discussions. To wrap all of these up Alessandra shows off some of the game, she’s able to plant seeds, play a sort of wack-a-mole mini game on bugs next to a plant, do push ups on a makeshift pull up, gather hay to feed horses and chickens in a farming building and enjoy cutscene events. Farming Camp seems like an interactive and surprising farming game to play and those that are interested in this game will find the demo via Steam. The full game, whose release date isn’t quite confirmed, will be available on Nintendo Switch, PS5 and Xbox Series X & Y per the trailer.
