Fairgame$ Reportedly Pushed To 2026

One of the titles part of PlayStation’s live-service initiative is a game from Haven Studio, Fairgame$Following the creation of the studio and the partnership with PlayStation, they revealed Fairgame$ back in 2023 at the PlayStation Showcase. The game was revealed to be a competitive heist game where players join an underground movement to rob the ultra-rich and re-balance the scales. No release window was given at the time but many assumed that it would come out within the next few years, however, it seems that it is getting more development time following a report revealing that the game has been pushed to 2026.

The report comes from Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb who talked about the game in a podcast this week. He didn’t offer any explanation as to why the game was internally delayed but said that it wouldn’t be brought up this year. “”No Fairgame$ this year,” Grubb said, “Fairgame$, as far as I’m aware, has been pushed to 2026.”

Fairgame$ is described as a “fresh, modern take on the heist genre.” Creative Director Mathieu Leduc described the game as “a thrilling competitive heist game where you join an underground movement to rob the ultra-rich and re-balance the scales.” Players will be able to take up the role as “…a modern-day Robin Hood, a thrill seeker, or just someone who wants to collect cool loot” and sneak through forbidden locations around the Fairgame$ world. Additionally, Fairgame$ will have PvP and emergent sandbox game-play.

Leduc said that he and Haven Studio wanted to create Fairgame$ from a desire to “…deliver a fresh multiplayer experience that rewards creativity and mastery and delivers surprising stories each and every time you play.”

“Every member of our team shares our vision to create welcoming and inclusive multiplayer experiences that glue communities together,” said Leduc. “This shared enthusiasm is the driving force behind our heist fantasy – how it really encourages you to work together in crews to plan and execute epic heists in the style and fashion you want.”
