Join Sora and Nyssa on an emotional adventure about bonds, loss, and rebirth. Sora is a young village priestess, Nyssa is a fox companion that is loyal to her and never leaves her side.
With the village festival taking place, Sora and Nyssa make the journey to take part in the festivities. However, when they arrive they find something less than pleasant–it’s is not full of fun and easy going villagers, rather petrified ones. Spending time looking around, it becomes clear that a curse was placed on the town and their people. In order to restore everything back to the way it was before, they must travel to the nest of a the one responsible for this, which is a phoenix named Furei. With Nyssa, “you will find hope and healing in a beautiful but fractured world.”
Puzzles are a large part of gameplay, they are what stands between you and Furei. With the duos unique abilities, you are able to activate ancient machines, possess environmental objects, and control a colossal wooden automaton. Sora even has sacred ropes she can use to activate different obstacles and relies on Nyssa to possess the vessels in order to help them jump across gaps. Working together, they are able to complete their journey by using each other’s strengths to deepen their bond even further.
Along the way to restore the former glory of the village and its people, Sora and Nyssa will come across “whimsical forest spirits” who have lost their way. Being the kind hearted pair they are, they take time out of their journey to help those in need, who will then help them out of the gratitude they feel.
