Ben Esposito, the developer behind fan-favorite games like Tattletail and What Remains of Edith Finch, has decided to release his hit game Donut County on Android as a Premium Release. Android users will no doubt be pleased to hear the news that they are finally receiving Donut County as it was basically denied to them when it was released to other platforms.
Donut County is a game dedicated to having the player control a hole, that is the only hole that I have witnessed that actually moves around, and the player will need to figure out how to grow the hole in order to swallow everything on the map. The story follows a raccoon named BK who is responsible for the hole that is consuming everything, even BK.
Players will play through each animals experience as to how they became stuck at the bottom of the hole. Each level dedicated to each character(animal) will be filled with fun and truly creative ways as to how the player can grow the hole. With a relaxed type of setting and a just as mellow soundtrack, players will be able to indulge themselves in the sweet gameplay of Donut County as they swallow everything in each level into that mysterious movable hole.
Donut County is a great game that I would highly recommend to Android and IOS users, due to the fun that is assured in-game. No doubt Donut County already became a favorite game to IOS users, and now should become equally favored by Android users. Donut County in some ways reminds me of The Untitled Goose Game.
For those Android users looking to find Donut County, you can find it on the Google Play Store here. For those who would like to try Donut County out on IOS, you can find it on the IOS App Store here.
