Deliver Us Mars Has Been Delayed Until 2023

Another day, another upcoming title delayed into the new year. This time it’s KeokeN’s Deliver Us Mars, the action-adventure puzzle title, which has been pushed from its September 27 release date to February 2, 2023. The developer released a full statement on their Twitter, which explains that the delay is due to some more fine-tuning in order to ensure that they “deliver the best experience we can.”

The sequel to the popular Deliver Us The Moon was initially revealed back in March and given the aforementioned release date of September 27. The game will take place on the planet Mars and will feature protagonist Kathy Johnson who must set out on an expedition with her team to find technology that can help bring life back to the Earth. In addition, Kathy is on the search for her father and is looking for clues that may or may not be on the planet. The game will be in third-person with the exception of some puzzle mechanics that will change to a first-person perspective. The player as Kathy will traverse through Mar’s caves, landscapes, and abandoned stations.

Deliver Us Mars is one of many titles that have been delayed to some extent, many of which were pushed into 2023. This includes Metal Gear Tactics, Hogwarts Legacythe unannounced Assassins Creed projectForspokenand Sea of StarsWe’re already at the halfway point of the year, but there’s still a strong possibility that we’ll see more delays for other titles and projects. Thankfully for KeokeN’s situation, the delay is only to polish up the title and make it a fun experience for everyone. Deliver Us Mars will now launch on February 2, 2023, for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/Series S, and PC.
