The undead community will be having it their own way in the California sunshine as Deep Silver has announced that voting has been opened up for Dead Island 2 Collector’s Edition contents. Deep Silver previously opened up the community voting for Collector’s Editions for titles like Dead Island Riptide in America and Saints Row IV worldwide. Now fans worldwide will be able to vote in a quick survey and choose what they would want in the Collector’s Edition from the sunny side of quarantined California, including “voting on a real zombie*!” (*Real Zombie Subject To Country Availability*).
If you are interested in completing the quick survey for the next Collector’s Edition for Dead Island 2, you can access the survey link via a Google Document. You will be able to vote now until it ends on July 14th at midnight. There are 28 items to vote for, which some of the items include, Dead Island 2 van replica, Rick Furry super cuddly plush cat toy, California apocalypse license plate or license plate holder, and much more.
Dead Island 2 continues the story from Dead Island and Escape Dead Island, as the events that have happened are several months after the events on the Banoi Islands. The U.S. military has forced the Golden State to go under a full quarantine, which would bring a new beginning for some. California’s paradise is “an action-packed playground featuring the acclaimed, seamless multiplayer for up to eight players who cooperate, compete or simply coexist in a truly social, new-gen multiplayer experience.”

Dead Island 2 is scheduled to release in Spring 2015 from Development Studio YAGER for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
