The highly anticipated Death Stranding is only a little over a week away from its official release on PlayStation 4. Today, it was finally officially announced that the game will also be coming to PC. However, eager fans will have to wait a little longer for the PC version of Death Stranding as it is currently set for release in early Summer 2020 at the moment.

Unlike the PS4 version of the game which will be published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Kojima Productions has teamed up with 505 Games to publish Death Standing on PC. 505 Games co-founder and CEO Raffi Galante commented on the partnership stating, “We are extremely excited and honored to be working with the supremely talented team at Kojima Productions and to bring Death Stranding to PC gamers around the world.” Galante continued with, “Death Stranding will take gamers through a completely original experience that will delight PC gamers everywhere.”
Fans have eagerly awaited Death Stranding since the game’s initial reveal at Sony’s E3 press conference in 2016. The game is set to have an all star cast including Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Guillermo Del Toro, and many more. A lot has been shown off of the game already including a 49 minute gameplay session from Tokyo Game Show last month and a demo that shows what players can do inside the safe house in the game. It was also announced that the game is set to have a Very Easy mode as well. Also, he songs “Trigger” by Major Lazer and Khalid and “Death Stranding” by Chvrches from the game’s official soundtrack have also released this month leading up to the game’s release.
Death Stranding is set to release exclusively on PlayStation 4 next Friday November 8, 2019 and on PC in early Summer 2020.
