On the last episode of “What is Behaviour doing now?” there was a massive leak that implied (more like showed off) that Ghostface from the Scream movies would be the next killer being added to the popular 4v1 Dead by Daylight. It revealed that the new killer would have a few cosmetics, and showed off one of his three starter skills of Shrouded Hunt and Stalk. Now, because of this leak, there was the air of impatient on whether or not this leak was true. Though come this morning, to discover that Ghostface is the next killer. And he’s coming with a few laughs alongside the terror:
This, however, is just a teaser trailer. As the trailer itself doesn’t reveal any new things about Ghostface, or disproves anything from the leak. All it does is confirm that he’s the next killer for the upcoming Scream chapter. In a moment of trying to come back from the surprise that Ghostface is in the next chapter, the official Dead by Daylight twitter did try to make a bit of a joke when revealing the trailer:
With a laugh and a wipe of the brow, it was expected. However, while there isn’t much known right now, there will be a lot more coming up this Friday. Why? Because Dead by Daylight is celebrating its 3-year anniversary. Well, it’s not technically on May 31, but the official 3 years will be on June 14. Nonetheless, there’s a big celebration to be had. And a really big stream.
The minds behind Dead by Daylight are planning on having a massive Anniversary stream that’s going to have some major reveals. The tweet that was released came with a list of things to be talked about, and the Anniversary stream came with its own trailer on what it would look like and what it would be about:
With the upcoming Anniversary stream, there will no doubt be further talk of the Scream chapter and Ghostface, along with the map and the survivor. As for everything else? Well, they haven’t had any other leaks, so it’ll be a number of big surprises.
