PlayStation has announced the return of Days of Play, their annual sale that normally runs during E3, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that has been canceled. Over at the PlayStation Blog, Vice President, Global Marketing, SIE Mary Yee said: “From June 3-17, you’ll find great deals on a selection of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR exclusive games, as well as PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now memberships at participating retailers across the U.S. and Canada, while supplies last. U.S. customers can also shop Days of Plays deals directly from our online store at PlayStation.com. What’s more, PlayStation Store will also be offering awesome deals for blockbuster games, along with deals on PS Plus and PS Now, from June 3-17. Stay tuned for more info here on PS Blog.

The games involved with Days of Play 2020 include Nioh 2 and MLB: The Show 20 for $39.99, Predator: Hunting Grounds, Death Stranding, and Dreams for $29.99, Days Gone, MediEvil, and Blood & Truth for $19.99, Everybody’s Golf VR for $14.99, Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Farpoint for $9.99, The Last of Us Remastered, and select PlayStation Hits games starting at $9.99.
There are also deals on headsets. Select Gold Wireless Headsets are $69.99 and the Platinum Wireless Headset is $129.99. 12 months PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now memberships are 30% off and a 3 month PlayStation Now membership is 20% off.
Coming up next in the world of PlayStation is the release of two of the last highly-anticipated exclusives for PlayStation 4. Recently, Sony and developer Sucker Punch shared more details about Ghost of Tsushima which is coming out on July 17. As the release approaches ever closer, Naughty Dog is slowly revealing more about The Last of Us Part II coming out very soon on June 19. Leading up to launch, PlayStation and Naughty Dog are releasing a video series called “Inside The Last of Us Part II” where the developers share more details about different aspects of the game such as the story, gameplay, details, and world. Today, on the PlayStation Blog, they announced a new State of Play focused entirely on The Last of Us Part II which is set for Wednesday, May 27 at 1:00 pm PT/4:00 pm ET. Sony CEO Kenichrio Yoshida has also teased that PlayStation will be revealing a lineup of PlayStation 5 games soon although nothing official has been announced yet.
