Cris Tales Releases New Trailer During Gamescom 2020

Cris Tales is a unique combination of continuous stories that includes innovation combat and the very important class is RPG gameplay that comes with it is making an exciting comeback that will have players exploring their actions echo through time. For this popular throwback RPG game, Cris Tales has recently dropped a new trailer during the Future Games Show presentation at Gamescom 2020. The new trailer shows a glimpse of the new gameplay and the visual effects that were added to the game.

On the official website of Cris Tales they stated, “Cris Tales is a gorgeous, indie love letter to classic JRPGs with a new perspective. Peer into the past, act in the present, and watch as choices dynamically change the future – all on one screen as you play! Beautifully hand-drawn 2D animation bring to life a world where your choices will change both the present and future across more than 20 hours of gameplay.”

In a way this is basically some sort of love letter to any fans that are into the classic JRPG. This gameplay format was inspired by timeless JRPGs like Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Valkyrie Profile, and modern classics like Bravely Default and Persona 5. Players will also get a chance to meet and recruit a unique cast of teammates, be able to challenge myriad enemies, and make your way through an expansive world. Fans will peer and learn from the past, decide however the action may play into the present, and also alter the course of the future which basically reshape the world dynamically depending on choices players make.

With enemies, players can warp them into the past or future, synchronize attacks for enhanced group abilities, and master the timing of attack and defense to go beyond player’s party limits in combat. Also in the game, players will be able to uncover fascinating stories and characters like the Empress’ plot to destroy the world which is pretty complex and layered and discover beautiful worlds like the shinning kingdom of Crystallis to the slum of Vimez.

Fans will be excited to see Cris Tales making its comeback with the classic JRPGs gameplay and being able to experience the game in a whole different level. Cris Tales comes out on November 17 of this year avaibale on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
