Betrayer, a first person game, where you find mystery, gather clues, and awaken the memories of the dead. It has been playable through steam on early access for a few months. Now it’s ready for release.
Set the date to the year 1604, you have sailed and just joined a colony on the coast of Virginia. Fear, mystery and ghosts are found here on the coast. You wonder who this strange, woman in red who is aiding you from afar is. “Since shipping FEAR almost 10 years ago, we’ve been wanting to create a player-driven game that emphasizes exploration and discovery with minimal hand-holding,” game designer and writer Craig Hubbard said.
Betrayer is up on Steam at the Early Access price of $14.99, but when it releases on March 24th the price will go up to $19.99.
