The Injustice 2 beta is currently underway and a new update now allows you to play at Black Canary. According to the official Twitter account of Injustice 2, it was announced that Black Canary would be available “soon” and more codes will be “going out in a few hours” in a tweet posted at approximately 4:30 PM ET.

It is currently unknown how many additional codes will be sent out, but it is known that not everyone will have access to these codes.
Black Canary is just one of the approximate dozen of characters released so far in Injustice 2. Some are superhero staples in Batman and Superman along with Wonderwoman Harley Quinn and Blue Beetle. Developers NetherRealm has announced that they will be including more of the obscure characters that some players may not expect. The first Injustice was great at hitting the high points of the more popular DC characters, but NetherRealm Ed Boon said that they will be delving deeper into some of the lesser-known DC characters. Boon also said that there is a good change that third-party characters will be made available as DLC for the game, similar to Mortal Kombat X.

The new reveal is set to occur on February 13, according to a tweet. There was supposed to be a new character reveal, but NetherRealm pushed it to Monday.
Injustice 2 is set for release on May 16 for both PS4 and Xbox One.
