Battlefield 4‘s launch has been plagued by a number of nasty bugs, including server crashes, save erases, and game freezes, but developer DICE has responded to complaints with a detailed report on incoming fixes.
So far a few fixes have already rolled out, including one for a reloading bug and another for Xbox players being unable to create missions. The biggest issues dealing with server crashes and broken server queues are still being identified, though fixes should start rolling out for those soon. Save corruptions, including multiplayer progressed being erased, are still being investigated.
Though one could argue the bugs shouldn’t have been there in the first place, DICE is being quite transparent in addressing and fixing the problems. If you are a Battlefield player who is experiencing issues with the game, keep an eye on the Battlefield forums for updates.
