In the latest Fall Update trailer we promptly introduced to titular and series staple Heihachi Mishima, a returning playable character. We get to witness Heihachi make short work of his opponents, including Lars, Lee, Eddie Gordo, Jin, Kazuya, Nina WIlliams, Yoshimitsu, and Steve Fox. We also get to see Heihachi debut some of his iconic fighting moves such as the Spinning Demon, Dragon Uppercut, and Demon Uppercut. There is some banter between Jin, Kazuya and Heihachi where they question why he is still alive. Despite Jin’s superpowered devil abilities Heihachi is triumphant in the battle. The combat section of the trailer closes off with Heihachi looking off into the camera.

Heihachi comes with three additional costumes, a DLC combat stage called ‘Genmaji Temple’ is included. Three phases are shown in the trailer. Daytime, a burning fire stage, and a night temple. The update includes a new story chapter titled Unforgiven Echoes. Heihachi is the third DLC character of four in the fight pass, and the one set for this autumn. Another is set to be revealed around winter time.

may have a challenging time in getting it’s fans excited after much dismay, but with Heihachi being a fan favorite and the wide variety of free content on offer this DLC may be prove to be enough to bring back enthusiasm.
