Atari has Officially Announced ‘RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe’

Atari has recently announced that they will be releasing RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe, for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. According to Attractions Magazine. Little is known about the game, as there was no trailer or release date announced, however, some information has been revealed to the audience regarding what will come with this upcoming game.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures Deluxe will be a revamp of RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures, which was originally released on the Nintendo Switch back in 2018. These games are all continuations of the RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise, which has been popular since the first game was released back in 1999.

On Atari’s official website, they give details regarding the new modes, environments, rides and attractions that can be found in this deluxe version of the game:

You will find 80 new rides and attractions, including some new seasonally-themed rides, bringing the total number to a whopping 200! The new, modernized interface looks amazing and makes it easier to build your park using terrain from four environments, including alpine mountains, desert canyons, jungle tropics and even a lunar moonscape. Three in-depth game modes mean countless hours of gameplay, including Adventure Mode, Scenarios Mode, and the open Sandbox Mode.

The RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise is well known for their customizability, giving their players the option to create theme parks however they desire. This deluxe version seems to be an updated game meant to provide players with dozens more options to choose from, with updated graphics to make their parks look as nice as possible.

Although there is no release date set for the game yet, fans can wait with anticipation as more information is sure to be released as it gets closer to being available to the public.

Alex Balderston: I am a news writer with a love of all things video games. My dad got me into video games at four years old with Backyard Baseball and since then I have been hooked. I have a sweet spot for Nintendo games, however I am always looking for the new games to spark my interest.
