Athem, EA’s latest IP is vastly approaching full release. We first heard about that game back at E3 2017 and since then we’ve gotten a couple of demos and a multitude of gameplay footage and trailers for the game. With it so close to it’s full release, it’s fair to say that it’s crucial that the game be running smoothly for the high hopes that both EA and BioWare have for it.
As it turns out, the game has actually been released early for Xbox One players who have EA Access as well as PC players who have Origin Access. The game depends on users to be online to access the game. However, the day it went live for early access it started suffering from server issues. At this point, Anthem is no stranger to server difficulties, as during the VIP demo last month these same connection problems reared their ugly head. These issues currently going on are causing difficulties for players trying to gain access to missions, and continued until the servers completely went down on the PC platform. EA announced that they were aware of these issues and just stated that players should keep trying to access these missions.
Hello, Freelancers! We understand some of you are having issues connecting to #AnthemGame servers right now and we’re working to address it as fast as we can. Please hang with us and try again in a few minutes.

After some time the game seems to be running more stable now and players can access the missions without so much hassle from the servers. Whether these issues will be prevalent in the full release of the game is currently unknown, but hopeful fans are holding out the game will be released as bug free as possible come the end of this month. Anthem will release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC February 22.
