A New GTA 5 Update Brings a New Game Mode and Vehicle

Yet again GTA 5 online will be graced with yet more content despite the game being nearly four years old now. Rockstar has continued to keep GTA 5 on the map with fresh content that keeps fans wanting to continue playing it. In this new update, a game mode called Resurrection is introduced along with a new car to drive gracefully through the streets, definitely not breaking any laws.

As GameSpot pointed out, Resurrection is a new adversary mode that is very much like dodgeball for Gears of War 4. The overall idea for the game is the same in both in which players will only start out with one life. If a player dies they have to spectate, that is until one of their teammates kills someone from the other team. Once that happens you will be able to spawn again and try and kill the other team once more. This goes on until one team completely runs out of living players.

“Nothing says ‘team building exercise’ like bringing your buddy back into the game by shooting some opposing chump in the back of the head. But that means there’s only one way to get ahead in the new Resurrection Adversary Mode: until you’ve wiped them out, they can always come back.”

Currently the new game mode can only be played on a 7 maps which include Aircraft Carrier, RON Alternates Wind Farm, and Elysian Island. Each team can have between 4 and 8 players and if played now, you can enjoy the limited time perks of double GTA money and RP while playing the new game mode.

As for the new vehicle, players can cruise through the streets of Los Santos in the Pegassi Infernus Classic once more. “Sure, its fuel consumption was recently designated a crime against humanity, and as far as safety features are concerned you might as well be driving round in a cluster bomb–but have you seen how pretty this thing is?” You’ll be able to find the new Pegassi in the Legendary Motosport web page.
