

Inti Creates have released a brand new announcement trailer for their 2D action platformer Majogami. Gematsu reports that the title is slated to release on the Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC at a now unconfirmed date.
Majogami is set in a twisted world called Orchesgra, a realm of illusions and nightmares, which has been reshaped and controlled by powerful, divine beings known as “Majogami,” or “Craft Witches,” each with their own unique and often distorted wishes. In Majogami, players assume the role of Shiroha, a young woman who has lost her memory and wields a katana called “Kamikiri,” traveling through a twisted world alongside her father, who has inexplicably been transformed into a sheet of paper. Shiroha’s primary goal in Majogami is to regain her lost memories and, in doing so, deepen her bond with her father by defeating the powerful “Majogami”
In Majogami players will utilize the ‘Setsuna’ ability to make instantaneous movements and attacks and also transform into new fighting forms using Shiori’s defense sigils and power of ‘Astrals’ or guardians. The title features the main character and art designer for Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and the Blaster Master Zero series. Main heroine designer for Mighty No. 9. Players will also utilize their ‘Kamikiri’ for basic attacks, swift slashes including a single-target ‘Setsuna’ and a triple ‘Setsuna’ for piercing enemy defenses.
Inti Creates once again leverages their expertise in the 2D action platforming market. In doing so the team aims to bring something combat heavy with an emphasis on it’s more unique elements. All this has been contained in their own papercraft theme world , that just may surely provide something different for the players. Fast-paced mechanics like the ‘Setsuna’ Ability and ‘Astralize’ aren’t just here for show.
