Publisher Gungho Online Entertainment and developer Falcom have confirmed a simultaneous worldwide release for their remake of the original PlayStation Portable and PC release Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. The Remake, formerly known as The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st has also been renamed to Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter. Gematsu reports that the game features Japanese and English voiced dialogue, and five total additional language support options.
The setting of Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is Liberl Kingdom known for its advanced technology and flying ships, which has been fully recreated in 3D; Character Designs have also been updated, you’ll assume the role of Bracer Estelle Bright and her sibling Joshua Bright. They both serve as something of the land’s peacekeepers. Other featured characters as seen in the announcement trailer include Zin Vathek, Tita Russel, Agate Rosner, Kloe Rinz, Oliver Lenheim, and Scherazard Harvey.
Combat is characterized by two distinct battle modes: ‘Field Action’ where you’ll fight in real-time to gain an advantage and ‘Command Battle’ a turn-based style of combat where you’ll be able to access skill based ‘Crafts’ and magic based ‘Arts’.
