In the game’s reveal trailer, players are shown a wide, dynamic world full of different environments, each with its own challenges and opportunities. These environments include jungles, dark swamps, dry deserts; and much more. We see a few characters climbing and swimming. Every biome offers something new to explore, and the changing landscapes will impact how players approach the game. The game’s environment strongly impacts how you survive and move forward, whether you’re fighting across flaming deserts or hiking through thick forests.
One of the key features of Monster Hunter Outlanders is the ability for players to hunt alone or team up with up to three other players in a four-person party. Insider gaming states that while taking part in various in-game events and activities, players can also craft and build tools, weapons, and gear based on their personal preferences. Some tools that was seen in the trailer were a glider that could help players cover the jungle and a catapult that also helps with air travel. This adds a layer of customization, allowing players to tailor their equipment and strategy to suit their play style.
At the time of writing, the game does not have an official release date, but the developers have announced several testing phases leading up to the full launch.
