This emoji is generally used to hint that there is something to be expected. Based on the response, many users are now expecting an announcement to come even sooner than they may have originally expected.
In addition to the Twitter response, Tom Henderson of Insider Gaming reported in September that the game would be announced within the next couple of weeks. The game is reportedly set to release on December 2, 2022, and will be called Need for Speed Unbound.
Electronic Arts took to Twitter once again to declare that the game would officially be announced on Thursday. Although currently unannounced, there will be a trailer to announce the game that will be roughly 90 seconds long.

Reports also have indicated news about the game’s soundtrack and some of the modes available. The soundtrack is reportedly going to feature rapper A$AP Rocky, and there are expectations that other big-name artists will be included. The gamer will also be heavily based on multiplayer modes where players can race against friends or in other random matches. There will also be a feature called “meetups” where players can sync up and race at the same time.
The last Need for Speed game released in 2020 and was called Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. Now, Need for Speed Unbound will be coming out and is going to release on the Xbox Series X|S and PS5, as well as a PC version being released.
