Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel Update Brings New Casual Game Mode and More Changes

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel already has a high number of downloads, and Konami has now announced that they are adding even more game modes. The new game modes are part of an update that brought along different additions as well.

The first addition is a new casual game mode that allows players to test out new decks without having an effect on rankings. The game mode was first introduced on August 5 and has been available to players since. This game mode will allow players to test out new decks that they would not be willing to try if it was going to hurt their overall ranking.

In addition to the new casual mode, players were also given a new Duelist Cup. The Duelist Cup is a new two-stage multiplayer event that features different rewards. Players can win the first stage by raising their level, and they can earn points in the second stage to raise their overall standing in the Duelist Cup. The standings will be official on August 21 when the Cup ends and players will receive various rewards based on where they finish in the standings.

Players can also experience “The Invincible Beetroopers” Solo Gate Mode, and the Invincible Raid Selection Pack. Each of these additions are based upon Beetroper monsters.

Finally, the new update brings along general changes to the game as well. New animations, UI updates, and more were all adjusted during the game’s update. Although the game is already seeing a lot of success, Konami is continually bringing updates that can draw in more players to their already large community.
