

Fighting game fans for the past weeks have been excited for all the new announcements and now another one at the Xbox Showcase 2025 joins the reveals, that has left fans wanting the yeah 2026 to come even sooner. In the State of Play this week there was a Mortal Kombat Collection by Digital Eclipse revealed and in the same presentation then by Arc System Works a new marvel tag fighting game was revealed named Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. And now the latest reveal is Invincible VS.
Invincible VS is a debut title for an in-house studio at Skybound named Quarter Up, lead by former core members of the development team for Killer Instinct that aims to deliver a fast-paced, visceral combat experience. At the heart of Invincible VS lies its 3v3 tag-team system, reminiscent of classics like Marvel vs. Capcom, 2XKO and the upcoming Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls. The tag system allows for dynamic combat, enabling players to switch between characters mid-fight, extend combos, and strategize on-the-fly.
Invincible VS boasts a visual style that mirrors the animated series, with fluid animations and detailed character models. The game features iconic locations from the Invincible universe, providing a familiar backdrop for intense battles. The game’s roster so far includes fan-favorite characters such as Invincible, Omni-Man, Atom Eve, Thula, and Bulletproof
